Certified Medical Assistant - Primary Care Center - FT Days

Job Summary: The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) performs patient care duties in an ambulatory clinic. The CMA displays responsible behaviors, communicates effectively, and functions as a member of the healthcare team. The CMA works under the direct supervision of the physician for clinical tasks and reports to the clinic manager for administrative supervision, staff development, and orientation to policies and procedures. The CMA demonstrates competency in all patient care skills, maintains an inventory of examination and procedure room supplies, assists in efficient patient flow, and organizes the clinic environment to ensure patient safety. The CMA provides problem‑solving and acts as a role model for fellow CMAs. Core Competencies
