Area Rare Cardiac Disease Specialist, Phoenix North, AZ As an Area Rare Cardiac Disease Specialist (ARCS), you will play a vital role in advancing patient care by creating disease state awareness and accelerating patient starts for ATTR‑CM. You will work closely with disease‑area and commercial teams, leveraging approved brand messaging to educate and support healthcare providers across the region.

Responsibilities

Target and engage healthcare providers (HCPs) across general cardiology, IDN/Health Systems, group practices, and other accounts.

Execute ATTR‑CM disease‑state awareness initiatives in collaboration with the Cardiac Account Specialist (CAS) to ensure seamless customer interactions throughout the patient journey.

Develop in‑depth sales business plans that align with brand objectives; prioritize customers and projects using data‑driven insights.

Maintain active customer profiles, plans, and data sets via company planning resources.

Execute on approved marketing resources to educate customers, build meaningful relationships, and drive patient recognition.

Collaborate with CAS and Rare Disease ROC team to coordinate opportunities and resources.

Utilize advanced selling skills (e.g., PSSF) to tailor brand messaging to specific customer needs and segments.

Educate customers on ATTR‑CM disease, diagnostic procedures, and Vyndamax clinical profile to support patient identification and treatment.

Stay current with local market dynamics, leveraging available reports to refine call planning and resource allocation.

Demonstrate continuous improvement and change agility in a dynamic marketplace.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5‑10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.

Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to develop, write, communicate and monitor territory business plans.

Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record. DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies applicant.

MUST‑HAVE

Demonstrated ability to formulate, develop, write, communicate and monitor the execution of territory business plans.

Strong teamwork and collaboration history.

Proficiency in applying market/customer insights to inform sales planning and execution.

Compliance with company policies and government regulations.

NICE‑TO‑HAVE

Experience in rare disease and/or specialty cardiovascular market.

Product launch experience.

Hospital sales experience and history of calling on large academic centers and hospital systems.

Physical/Mental Requirements Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary. Approximately 2–3 overnight trips per month may be required.

Other Job Details Last day to apply: January 16, 2026. Geography includes: Phoenix, Glendale, Yuma, Sedona, Flagstaff, and up to the Utah state line. Annual base salary: $114,500–$222,100. Benefits include 401(k) plan with company matches, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
