Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures

Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians and care team

Supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure continuity of care

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations

Registered Nurse (RN) Skills and Qualifications

Current NYS RN license

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills.
