Temp-to-Perm Registered Nurse (ED, Med-Surg) - Earn Up to $2,200/Week!
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Temporary-to-Permanent Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical units near Detroit. The position offers a supportive environment with a 36-hour weekly schedule, including night shifts, every other weekend, and holiday rotations, with hospitalist support available 24/7.
What You’ll Do: As a key member of our nursing staff, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Your expertise will help ensure optimal patient outcomes while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Required Skills:
Michigan RN license or compact license
BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications
At least 1 year of Med-Surg and Emergency Department experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work night shifts from 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience with CPSI/Evident EMR system
Additional certifications or specialized training in emergency care or med-surg nursing
Preferred Education and Experience:
Active Michigan RN license or valid compact license
Minimum of one year of recent Med-Surg and ER experience in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
On-call and callback availability requiredMust be able to work scheduled nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the rotation
