About The Role Looking for flexibility and meaningful work? Join CenClear's Maintaining Strengths Program (MSP) as a therapist and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
CenClear's MSP helps families stay together by offering child and family-centered therapeutic services - typically as a step down from Family-Based Mental Health Services or a step up from Intensive Behavioral Health or Outpatient Services. Services are provided in the home, school, or community for children and young adults ages 5-21, using a trauma-informed, strength-based model (Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy).
What You'll Do
Full-time: 40 hours/week, year-round
Part-time: Flexible scheduling available
Provide direct clinical therapy and case management services
Develop individualized treatment plans for clients
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, schools, and other community supports
Participate in professional development and supervision meetings
What We're Looking For
Pennsylvania (PA) licensure as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist or clinical social worker -OR-
PA licensure as a social worker or a behavior specialist and have a master's degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from an accredited college or university -OR-
Have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults and a master's degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work or counseling from an accredited college or university -OR-
Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and have a master's degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Must obtain PA Criminal Record, Child Abuse History Check, FBI Clearance, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
