Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join us. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients by providing personalized and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Monitor and record patient vital signs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Provide wound care, including dressing changes and wound assessments
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain infection control standards
Conduct assessments for patients in need of durable medical equipment (DME)
Skills and Qualifications
Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Strong communication and organizational skills
GT feeds and care, Trach Care, and Ventilator
