Caregiver Job Responsibilities

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)

Support mobility and transfers

Provide companionship and emotional support

Help with meal prep and light housekeeping

Remind clients to take medications

Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands

Monitor and report changes in client conditionsFollow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed

Requirements

Minimum 3 months caregiving experience

Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California

Genuine compassion for older adults

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Must pass background check and TB screening

Reliable transportation is a plus
