Sign‑on Bonus $5,000 SIGNON BONUS FOR ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES.

Responsibilities Assist the provider and staff members in providing optimal care to patients under the direction of the Physician or Advanced Practitioner.

Prepare treatment rooms for examination, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment condition, and maintain supplies for nurses’ stations.

Greet and escort patients to exam rooms; obtain initial patient history, vital signs, and other required information.

Assist with exams, tests, and special procedures as directed.

Assist with scheduling appointments, pre‑certifying patients, referral contacts, and other clinical and clerical duties.

Document vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, O₂ saturation, pain level) and notify the provider immediately if vitals are critical.

Document drug allergies, medications, and reconcile medication lists at each encounter.

Gather and document patient history, including past medical, social, and surgical history.

Perform EKG, waived lab testing, breathing treatments, and spirometry competently and document in the EMR.

Accurately calculate medications and administer injections according to the Five Rights of Medication Administration; document in the EMR, including lot number, NDC, and manufacturer unit of measurement.

Position Summary The position offers Monday through Friday daytime hours and a comprehensive benefits package. The LPN role provides the opportunity to deliver exceptional care to a diverse patient population in a friendly, supportive clinic environment.

Job Requirements

Current LPN license in the State of Oklahoma.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience preferred but not required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Typing and basic computer proficiency.

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
