OCD & Anxiety Colorado (OAC) specializes in providing evidence-based care to adolescents and young adults managing OCD, anxiety disorders, and related mental health challenges. Based in Louisville, Colorado, and serving Boulder County and surrounding areas, OAC offers tailored Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) alongside outpatient services. Using proven therapeutic approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and family-based models including SPACE coaching, OAC supports clients in developing resilience, emotional regulation, and long-term coping skills. OAC is committed to neurodivergent-affirming, strengths-based care and collaborates closely with families, schools, and community providers to build sustainable support systems. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Adolescent IOP Clinician role located in Louisville, CO. The clinician will provide evidence-based treatment to adolescents and their families, including ERP, group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, and parent coaching (SPACE). Responsibilities include collaborating with schools and outside providers, developing individualized treatment and aftercare plans, documenting clinical progress, and supporting continuity of care. A core component of this role is creating a supportive, affirming therapeutic environment while empowering clients and families to develop sustainable skills for recovery. Employment Type: Full-Time Hours:

Adolescent IOP: 9 hours per week (Tuesday–Thursday, 12:00–3:00 PM) Clinical team meeting: Tuesday & Thursday, 12:00–1:00 PM Weekly clinical consultation: Monday, 2:00–3:00 PM Weekly clinical supervision: 1x/week (scheduled individually) Outpatient caseload: 10–16 clinical hours per week, scheduled flexibly

Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices (ERP, CBT, SPACE) Co‑facilitate the Adolescent IOP Deliver parent coaching and family‑centered interventions Collaborate with families, schools, and external providers to support coordinated care Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner Clinical Meetings

Clinical team meetings during IOP hours (Tues/Thurs, 12:00–1:00 PM) Weekly clinical consultation (Mondays, 2:00–3:00 PM) Weekly clinical supervision (for all clinicians; licensure‑directed for pre‑licensed staff) Assign and review therapeutic homework, including exposure tasks and behavioral activation Contribute to aftercare planning and referrals Compensation Structure

This role includes a base salary for IOP group facilitation, with additional compensation for outpatient services based on weekly caseload. Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent): Base salary:

$40,000 annually (9 hours/week IOP group facilitation) Estimated annual total compensation: ~$81,600–$106,560 based on 10–16 outpatient hours per week Pre‑Licensed Clinicians (Under Supervision): Base salary:

Licensed mental health professional in Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) Licensure‑eligible mental health professional in Colorado (LSW, LPCC, MFTC, or equivalent) Experience with ERP, CBT, and other evidence‑based interventions Skills in family therapy, emotional regulation strategies, and parent coaching (SPACE preferred) Experience working with adolescents and young adults, particularly those with OCD and anxiety disorders Strong case management, care coordination, and collaboration skills Experience in neurodivergent‑affirming and culturally competent care strongly preferred Commitment to collaborative, strengths‑based, evidence‑based practice
