Job Description
Capitol City Residential Health Care (CCRHC) is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals and families across Tennessee. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, ethical, and committed to person-centered, trauma-informed care. This role may include outpatient, community-based, residential, and/or telehealth services depending on program needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services in accordance with treatment plans
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with TennCare and agency standards
Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, residential staff, and medical providers
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and required trainings
Adhere to all ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, and state/federal requirements
Support client stability, skill development, and overall mental wellness
Minimum Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Tennessee license in one of the following:
LPC / LPC-MHSP
LCSW
LMFT
Licensed Psychologist
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
Eligible for or enrolled in CAQH
Active NPI number
Ability to pass background checks and credentialing requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TennCare or Medicaid-funded services
Knowledge of community-based, residential, or waiver services
Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
