Critical Care Float Pool – RN
We are seeking a Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Unit to join our team. This role provides specialized care for critically ill patients and focuses on treatment and recovery.

Shift/Schedule Details:
NOC – 7PM to 7AM; 3‑12 hour days (36hr); schedule may vary.
Compensation:
$33.15 per hour start, may increase with experience.
Incentives:
Sign‑on bonus, relocation: $10K for 2 years service.
Shift Differentials:
$4 at 7PM, $0.25 at 11PM, $6 critical care differential.
Note:
Candidates should have at least 1 year of critical care nursing experience. Strong PCU backgrounds preferred; Med‑Surg experience may also be considered.
Responsibilities
Assist physicians in performing special procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care
Identify potential patient problems and take appropriate measures to intervene
Maintain a high level of expertise in critical care nursing techniques
Monitor and safeguard patient quality of care
Ensure complete and accurate patient records
Qualifications
0 – 6 months related experience.
Valid multi‑state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of general disease state management processes, bio‑psychosocial model, and clinical pathways.
Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.
Ability to be detail oriented as required in the examination of clinical and numerical data.
