Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary: $275,000 to $285,000
Sign-on bonus available
Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000
Hybrid work model available
CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually
3 weeks paid vacation + sick leave (accrued)
holidays annually
Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision
403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3,500
DEA and license reimbursement
NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible
Responsibilities
Outpatient psychiatry serving a diverse patient population
Collaboration with a behavioral health team including LPCs, LCSWs, and NPs
Provide medication management and psychiatric evaluations
Support team-based care model with flexible scheduling
No on-call requirement
Requirements
MD or DO with active or eligible WI license
Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
New graduates welcome
Hybrid work flexibility
