and help children grow, gain independence, and thrive! We’re seeking a
passionate and skilled Pediatric PTA
to work alongside our therapists, delivering in-clinic therapy to help children improve mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills. Work in a supportive, team-based environment with
a state-of-the-art pediatric therapy gym , giving you the tools to make a meaningful difference every day.
Schedule Options:
Morning/Day Shift:
8 AM – 5 PM
After‑School Shift:
2 PM – 7 PM
Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for each child
Provide hands‑on therapy in the clinic to support mobility, strength, coordination, and functional progress
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
Recommend adaptive equipment and assist families with integration into daily routines
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily notes and progress reports
Collaborate closely with PTs, parents, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to reinforce therapy goals
Use the
pediatric therapy gym
and clinic equipment to support therapeutic interventions

Qualifications:
Associates degree
Current PTA license in the state of work.
Good working knowledge of physical therapy equipment and therapeutic exercise treatments.
Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented with ability to multi‑task.
