passionate and skilled Pediatric OT
to deliver in-home therapy, helping children reach developmental milestones, build daily living skills, and thrive in their everyday lives. Enjoy the flexibility of home visits while empowering families and making a meaningful difference every day.
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus Locations with ready-to-go caseloads: Irving, South Dallas/Lancaster/Duncanville, Mesquite, Southeast Dallas
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments
Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful outcomes for each child
Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care

Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Occupational Therapy license (OT/L) in Texas
One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred
Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
