Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to obstetric patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Monitor fetal and maternal health, manage labor progress, and assist with deliveries.
Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
