Your Opportunity: Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in transforming lawns, and thrives on helping others? We're looking for a motivated Lawn Care Technician to join our team!
In this role, you will manage your own route, providing high‑quality treatments to residential and commercial properties. You’ll work independently throughout the day, meeting with customers, diagnosing issues, and applying treatments to help them achieve a healthy, green lawn. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem solving, and building relationships with customers through great service and lawn care education.

Requirements:
Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
Minimum relevant experience as a Lawn Care Technician at a pest control company or similar role
Previous customer service experience is highly preferred
Ability to work a full‑time schedule
Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and basic math skills
Must successfully pass all pre‑employment screening that includes reviewing criminal history, driving record, verification of work history, and verification of academic credentials, licenses, and certifications
Physical Requirements: Pulling a 400ft spray hose, loading and unloading equipment and chemicals in excess of 50lbs to and from trucks and storage areas, and working primarily outdoors in potential adverse weather conditions.
