What You’ll Do
Build relationships with guests, making each one feel like part of the Boot Hill Casino & Resort family.
Host VIP players by coordinating personalized visits, events, and promotions.
Connect with new players, encourage loyalty, and grow participation through networking and outreach.
Use guest play data to make informed decisions about comps, offers, and experiences.
Partner with the Marketing and Player Development Teams to create unforgettable guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For
An outgoing, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
Sales savvy and comfort with relationship-building.
A willingness to learn our systems and grow within the role.
Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License.
High School or better.
