Position Overview The
Workflow & Policy Assembly Specialist
is responsible for printing, assembling, and performing quality reviews of insurance applications and policies. This role also supports mail operations and requires a high level of
accuracy ,
responsiveness , and
attendance
in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Open and sort mail based on documented
special-handling requirements
Make copies of all issued insurance applications
Perform
quality reviews
of applications and policy prints
Assemble policy print within
1–2 business days
of issuance
Assemble policies according to
state and/or firm-specific guidelines
Perform basic
data entry
tasks as required
Work independently to meet
individual productivity goals
Identify, document, and escalate system, process, or printer issues promptly
Share relevant information with
team members
to ensure workflow continuity
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
Ability to work
independently
with strong time management skills
Demonstrated
attention to detail
and organizational skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced
environment
Excellent attendance and willingness to work
regular overtime
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional demeanor with ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
Preferred / Additional Skills
Prior experience in
insurance operations
or document processing
Experience with
policy administration
or workflow-based roles
