Ultrasound Technologist — OBGYN — Part‑time

Responsibilities
Perform high‑quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with provider orders and established protocols.
Verify patient identity and exam appropriateness; obtain required clinical history before scanning.
Position patients and equipment properly; manipulate transducers and technical settings to acquire optimal images, waveforms, heart rates, and diagnostic data.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and PACS systems.
Explain procedures to patients, ensuring comfort, cooperation, and privacy throughout the exam.
Qualifications & Experience
Associate degree from a Technical/Vocational School.
Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS)
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer – Abdomen (RDMS‑AB) (EV Accredited)
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer – Pediatric Sonography (RDMS‑PS) (EV Accredited)
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with OB/GYN Specialization (RDMS‑OBGYN) (EV Accredited)
Registered Musculoskeletal Sonographer (RMSKS) (EV Accredited)
Registered Technologist – Breast Sonography (R.T.(BS)(ARRT)) (Accredited)
Registered Technologist – Vascular Sonography (R.T.(VS)(ARRT)) (EV Accredited)
Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) (EV Accredited)
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) (EV Accredited)
