Qualifications
Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where the clinician will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire, if necessary.
TB skin test current within last 12 months
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation
