We are seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Senior Advisor, Institutional & Retirement Plan Services to support and expand Soltis’ institutional and retirement plan business within designated regional markets.

Your Role As a Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for developing new institutional relationships and driving asset growth through proactive business development efforts. This role plays a key part in expanding Soltis’ institutional footprint and works closely with senior leadership, marketing, and implementation teams.

Identify and develop new institutional business opportunities within an assigned regional territory.

Build and maintain relationships with institutional prospects, plan sponsors, consultants, and corporate executives.

Own and actively manage the institutional sales pipeline, including prospecting, follow‑up, and opportunity tracking.

Serve as the day‑to‑day lead for institutional business development and lead generation in regional markets.

Partner closely with the VP of Marketing and institutional leadership to align outreach strategies and messaging.

Support onboarding and implementation of new institutional clients in collaboration with internal teams.

Develop a strong understanding of Soltis’ institutional services, investment capabilities, and value proposition.

Represent Soltis with professionalism, confidence, and credibility in all external interactions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities The ideal candidate will possess:

Qualifications

3 – 5 years of experience in institutional, retirement plan, or related investment management roles.

Proven track record of sales success and business development within institutional or retirement‑focused environments.

Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and communication abilities.

Ability to build trust and credibility with senior‑level corporate and institutional decision‑makers.

Willingness to travel within assigned regional markets and occasionally to Soltis offices.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented team.

Additional industry credentials or experience working with retirement plans, institutional consultants, or OCIO relationships a plus.

Compensation

Base Salary: Competitive base salary (as listed in posting), with strong upside and clear opportunities for accelerated growth.

Sales Incentive Compensation: Performance‑based incentive pay that supplements base salary.
