81st & Center Family Medicine Clinic, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Clinic RN Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for our family medicine clinic's clinical services, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient‑centered care. This role requires a visible leader on the clinic floor who can balance management responsibilities with direct patient care needs, serving as a mentor, a resource, and a key link between staff, physicians, and management. What You’ll Do: Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Lead by example:

Manage day‑to‑day operations of clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, and MAs) with a focus on high morale, productivity, and top‑notch patient care. Mentor and grow:

Take an active role in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of the clinical staff. Collaborate and communicate:

Foster strong, professional, and friendly relationships with providers, administrative staff, and patients; bridge communication between all parts of the clinic. Set the standard:

Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and highest quality of care. Jump in clinically:

Maintain clinical expertise and provide direct patient care when needed (immunizations, assisting procedures). Resolve with a smile:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing school required. Licensure:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska (or a compact state license) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire. Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of clinical RN experience, with at least one year of supervisory or charge experience. Where You’ll Work

$32.30 – $48.05 per hour Additional Information
