General Role Description Join a 30+ radiologist group and contribute to a growing and evolving outpatient practice. The role involves performing general interventional radiology skills such as thoracentesis/paracentesis and limited vascular access (EG port placement). Fluoroscopy and diagnostic imaging are essential requirements. You will help expand the current IR procedure catalogue, with early targets including UFE and PAE.
Responsibilities
Perform interventional procedures including thoracentesis, paracentesis, and EG port placement.
Operate fluoroscopy equipment and conduct diagnostic imaging examinations.
Develop and enhance interventional radiology program offerings.
Collaborate with a multi‑specialty team to improve patient quality, satisfaction and cost efficiency.
Participate in rotation to an outlying satellite clinic as required.
Required Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD, DO)
Accredited residency training
Licensed or willing to be licensed in Texas
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Compensation Specialty ranges from $505,000 to $767,500 annually, including base pay and bonus. Compensation is based on local labor markets, education, and experience, and may increase over time with performance.
