Responsibilities
Alan B. Miller Medical Center will open in Spring 2026, featuring 150 private rooms, a medical office building, a helistop and comprehensive medical services including Emergency Care, Orthopedics, Surgical Services, Labor & Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Neurosurgical services. This state‑of‑the‑art hospital will join UHS’ growing regional network of hospitals and care centers.
Patient Care Tech – MED/SURG/TELE: Responsible for assisting with the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activities of the nursing unit by performing patient‑care/service activities and procedures as outlined by the state of Florida.
Qualifications Education Requirements:
High school or equivalent; CNA certification from the Florida Board of Nursing.
Skills:
Basic PC knowledge and medical terminology.
License / Certification:
Current BLS certification required. Current CNA license in the state of Florida.
