As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our facility, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and our employees have the necessary resources to provide exceptional service.

Administrator Responsibilities
• Manage the overall operation of the facility, including staff supervision, budgeting, and policy implementation
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe, effective, and efficient manner
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote the facility and its services
• Analyze and report on operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Administrator Requirements
• Experience in a healthcare administration role
• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, and develop strategies for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
