Job Summary The
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
supports Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients through a variety of clinical and administrative tasks. This includes patient care management, communication, and maintaining an organized care environment.
Essential Functions
Prepare patients for exams, verify information, and record medical history.
Take and record vital signs; escalate critical cases to the Provider.
Perform point‑of‑care testing (e.g., flu, strep, urinalysis, ECG, HCG).
Administer medications and treatments under Provider supervision.
Perform immunizations, nebulizer treatments, TB tests, and visual acuity screenings.
Maintain and stock exam rooms, front desk, and reception areas.
Manage medical records and scan documents to patient files.
Answer phone calls and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
Conduct patient follow‑up calls and maintain reception area.
opening/closing duties, including cash handling and securing the building.
Complete daily equipment checks and submit repair tickets.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Basic nursing duties and clinical judgment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail‑oriented with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to treat all individuals with fairness, respect, and cultural sensitivity

Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program (required)
1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
Licensed to practice as an LPN in the state (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
