Role Description The Customer Care Specialist is an on‑site full‑time role located in West Des Moines, IA. The specialist will handle a variety of responsibilities, including providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly. Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship management skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and professional interactions
Proficiency in time management and problem‑solving to handle inquiries and issues promptly
Ability to collaborate with internal teams to achieve detailed‑oriented and task‑driven goals
Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems (e.g., CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite) is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
