We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families in Maryland. We are located in Baltimore, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have Telehealth division and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools.
We are seeking talented staff members to join our team! Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist, etc.) to provide mental health therapy to children and adolescents in
Baltimore County schools .
We offer 10-month salaried, Fee-for-service, and 1099 positions.
Fee for Service and 1099 positions have no cap on how much you can make!
IMPORTANT: Please note this is not a Guidance Counselor position. This is a Mental Health Therapist position within the Baltimore County schools.
Therapist Job Responsibilities:
Manage assigned caseload (Provide ongoing therapy)
Complete psychosocial assessments
Complete contact notes for completed sessions- All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR
Development of person-centered treatment plans when necessary

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
Masters/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
Licensed in Maryland to provide mental health treatment
Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
Background Check
Highly organized and possesses time management
Compensation details: 50000-75000 Yearly Salary
