Our 40‑bed inpatient facility provides acute mental health and substance abuse care with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses. Ideal candidates have ≥3 years of leadership in mental health or critical care, a BSN, Montana RN license, and relevant certifications. Clinical expertise, strong communication, and staff development skills are essential.
