We are seeking a compassionate
Registered Nurse
to join our team as a
Hybrid Float PACU / Same Day Surgery Nurse
at our orthopedic rehab hospital in Lake Spring, Missouri.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional preoperative, postoperative, and recovery care for orthopedic patients in both PACU and Same Day Surgery settings.
Monitor patient vital signs, manage pain, and address patient needs during recovery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and recovery protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.
Qualifications Skills needed: strong clinical assessment, excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
