Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Provider to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with primary Substance Use Disorders. This role includes behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, therapeutic interventions, and crisis response for both adolescents and adults. As part of an integrated care team, you will collaborate closely with medical professionals in a holistic, patient-first model. Applicants must hold, or be in the process of obtaining, an active LSCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license in the state of Kansas.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide accurate diagnoses
Deliver ongoing individual therapy and crisis interventions as needed
Provide same-day care to patients with urgent mental health or substance use concerns
Work with adolescents and adults with primary Substance Use Disorders
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team in an integrated care setting
Maintain timely and confidential documentation using EMR/EHR systems
Monday–Friday, standard business hours (option for 8- or 10-hour shifts)
No weekends or on-call
Qualifications
Active or in-process LSCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license in Kansas
Experience working with both adolescents and adults
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency with EMR/EHR platforms
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
