You will practice comprehensive, full‑service small animal medicine covering all walks of life, from prevention to advanced intervention. The hospital is equipped to offer a wide range of services, including Wellness and Prevention protocols, Testing and Diagnostics, advanced medical and surgical procedures, and necessary emergency care. This breadth of services ensures that you can continually grow your skillset, managing complex cases while partnering with pet owners on critical long‑term pet wellness plans.
Your new professional home is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This area offers you a blend of long‑established community spirit and professional opportunity. The clinic is conveniently situated on Barnes Road, providing easy access for both clients and teammates. Your Impact as a Receptionist
Be the Director of First Impressions:
You'll manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
Ensure Seamless Care Coordination:
You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
Advocate for Pet Health:
You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
Embody Compassion and Empathy:
You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
What You'll Bring to the Team
A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
