Execute various technical tasks and responsibilities within field operations. Perform on‑site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems. Ensure the functionality and reliability of various technologies. Key duties include: conducting site surveys, configuring hardware and software, testing systems for proper operation, and providing technical support to customers. Participates in quality reviews of M.C. Dean design documentation, analyzing and interpreting drawing packages to evaluate constructability. Tracks project metrics and participates in weekly resource allocation meetings. Verifies correct charges in timesheets on projects. Executes installation and maintenance activities within planned durations, ensuring completion of detailed documentation. Tracks and inventories tools, conducts tool inspections, and organizes material ordering and receiving. Conducts daily ORM meetings, ensures team compliance with safety requirements, and completes accident/incident reporting. Participates in PITCO plan creation and build out, executing PITCO plan to ensure high‑quality testing and installation. Installs system raceway, cabling, equipment racks, enclosures, and panels, adhering to industry standards. Terminates, tests, and configures electronic devices, network and IT equipment. Manages base switch configurations, participates in configuration of servers and workstations, and troubleshoots programmable components. Ensures compliance with established QC plans and checklists, conducting quality control inspections and documenting findings. alls and maintains field devices, terminates and tests system components, and troubleshoots copper and fiber optic issues. Leads commissioning efforts, tracks commissioning activities, and assists in representing M.C. Dean in meetings with owners and design teams. Communicates consistently with M.C. Dean Project Teams, other trades, and customers, demonstrating dedication and collaboration. Leads by example, provides constructive feedback, mentors crew members, and encourages strategic thinking and innovation. Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, aligning with M.C. Dean’s vision, mission, and values. Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ACTIVE SECRET Clearance is REQUIRED. Education
HS diploma or GED Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities Required Progressive Experience
6+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs. Preferred Qualifications
Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems – CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems, Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems & certifications and experience in installation of said systems. 3 years experience focused in electronic security systems. Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Relocate a 12‑foot stepladder without assistance. Walk, climb, lift, squats, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and reach overhead on a routine and repetitive basis. Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), ability to see in color, and ability to hear and communicate in English. May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools. Tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong; analyze and solve problems. Pay Range
