Pay Rate:
$22 - $34+ per hour. (Depending upon experience).
Shifts:
Day and Night Shifts available depending on skill and shift opportunities.
Days:
4 days on, 3 days off schedule to include either Saturday or Sunday off each week.
Hours:
Day shift from 4:45am to 5pm
Night Shift from 4:45pm to 5am
12-hour shift with 8 hours of overtime each week; with extra days of overtime offered.
Responsibilities:
The role ensures equipment reliability through preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
Technicians diagnose issues, validate repairs, and follow strict safety protocols.
Assist with equipment changeovers, maintain detailed records, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Help oversee project and task-oriented jobs.
Help perform backup duties of other staff as needed.
Excellent training program to develop advanced skill employees; online and computer-based training programs (i.e., Electrical training).
Qualifications:
Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
Proficiency with tools, technical documents, and measuring instruments is essential.
The position demands collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Physical requirements include lifting, climbing, and working in varied conditions.
Ongoing skill development and adherence to quality standards are key to supporting operational excellence.
The employee is required to follow all Rotella’s policies and procedures.
Able to lift to 50 lbs. comfortably.
Able to stand for an entire shift.
Work well with others.
Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Pass the entry level maintenance test.
Some skill in using a tablet base program for our CMMS program.
Operating lifts and forklift as needed.
Follow all GMP food processing requirements.
