Job Description Summary
Leads and coordinates high-level and detailed design deliverables for security systems technical architecture and interfaces. Researches, evaluates, and recommends innovative technologies, methodologies, and products to enhance technical security systems. Provides technical support to security professionals and business partners, including planning, developing, and coordinating large programs/projects.
Essential Functions
Provides leadership and initiative in the overall coordination of high level and detailed design deliverables including designs for Security systems technical architecture and interfaces
Researches, evaluates and recommends new technologies, methodologies, processes and products to achieve major innovative improvements for the technical security systems.
Provides technical support to security professionals and business partners for security programs and systems.
Provides technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing and coordinating large programs/projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements and design accurate, efficient solutions
Work closely with Scrum Masters, programming teams and Release train Engineer
Preferred Qualifications
Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Familiar with SAFe Agile methodologies
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software and network systems, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction
Familiar with integration strategies for various software systems, databases and applications.
Job Conditions
Must be able to pass a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) to obtain Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
Work/Domicile Location
This position will be located in Memphis, Tennessee.
Relocation
Relocation assistance may be available based upon business need.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, engineering or related quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years' experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development, installation or service of security systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in the use of project management and security systems platforms.
Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules or financial justification.
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
