As a Product Manager in the Wealth Management Performance Reporting product team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations.
The Performance Reporting product team defines and executes the strategy for performance reporting across Wealth Management. Our mission is to provide advisors and clients with accurate and insightful performance and portfolio data that empowers them to make informed investment decisions and achieve their financial objectives. Our tools allow advisors to service the full spectrum of clients and their needs, from retail to ultra‑high net worth.
Job responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery for the Performance Reporting product, translating strategy into a multi‑release roadmap and executable delivery plans
Own and maintain a prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria; ensure alignment to business outcomes
Convert roadmap themes into epics and user stores; lead sprint planning, sequencing, and quarterly planning with the area product owner and supporting teams
Synthesize feedback from advisors and clients to prioritize and refine requirements
Create concise, outcome‑oriented communications to stakeholders
Drive advisor outreach and training
Lead the end‑to‑end quarterly performance report production cycle, coordinating stakeholders to delivery timely and accurate reports
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Domain expertise in investment performance or performance reporting
Demonstrated ability to define and manage requirements
Hands‑on experience with Jira and agile product development and software delivery lifecycle practices
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across technology, operations, legal/risk/compliance/controls, and advisor/client facing teams
Proven execution under tight timelines with proactive issue resolution; ownership mindset and calmness under pressure
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
