We are a Nevada‑based wealth management firm with over 20 years of experience, recognized as Nevada’s second fastest‑growing registered investment advisor by Citywire. Our mission is to simplify our clients’ lives and deepen relationships across financial and life‑planning areas. We seek a Wealth Advisor who will support existing clients, deepen and expand those relationships, and deliver high‑quality financial plans and investment recommendations.
Compensation Base Pay:
$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation:
Annual Bonus
Responsibilities
Retain and enhance client relationships through ongoing education, excellent service, and an exceptional client experience.
Prepare agendas for client meetings and ensure timely completion of post‑meeting action items.
Complete financial planning analyses and wealth‑management activities, ensuring client assets align with risk tolerance and goals.
Gather client data, analyze financial situations, and develop comprehensive plans that recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with the support team to deliver prompt and thorough client service.
Work with clients’ other professionals, such as attorneys and CPAs, to provide holistic financial solutions.
Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and proactively seek referrals to generate new business.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and information in the CRM system.
Perform additional duties and special projects as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, financial planning, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience managing client relationships with an independent registered investment advisor or broker‑dealer.
Series 65 license required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior knowledge of financial services, industry regulations, and legislative guidelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
Familiarity with Schwab systems is ideal.
Team player who prioritizes clients and the team’s needs over personal interests; willing to support colleagues.
Open to feedback, driven to continuously learn, improve, and contribute to growth.
Demonstrates decisiveness and learns from mistakes.
