Land Surveyor / Survey Technician
A well‑established civil engineering and land development firm serving Maryland and the Washington, DC region is seeking Survey Technicians and Surveyors ranging from entry‑level to experienced professionals. This full‑time role involves a variety of field and office tasks, including boundary and topographic surveys, construction layout, ALTA surveys, and as‑built preparation. Candidates should be motivated, reliable, and interested in long‑term career development and professional licensure.
Qualifications
0–2+ years of land surveying experience
Familiarity with boundary and topographic surveys preferred
Experience with robotic total stations and construction stakeout a plus
AutoCAD knowledge preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to pass background and drug screening
