Portland, OR – Full-time (M-F 10:30am-7pm)
Job Description This cross‑functional position provides production support to the Portland Cash Vault. Executing routine tasks across multiple operational systems and collaborating with internal partners. Functions include payment transaction and claim processing, data entry, archiving, research, troubleshooting, and vendor/client interaction. The role may involve direct contact with third‑party vendors and external customers, researching exceptions and escalating issues to management. Candidates may recommend and implement process improvements within production. Physical requirements include moving trays and carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods, and repetitive motions.
Responsibilities • Execute routine production support tasks for the Portland Cash Vault. • Interact with internal and external partners, including third‑party vendors. • Research and resolve exceptions, escalating to management when appropriate. • Recommend and implement process improvements.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two to four years of operations services related work experience.
Preferred Skills / Experience
Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures, and systems related to assigned area, and applicable laws and regulations.
Demonstrated commitment to high quality customer service.
Ability to work well with external and internal customers.
Strong time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Understanding of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and the enterprise.
Physical stamina for lifting trays, pushing carts, standing or sitting for extended periods, and repetitive motions.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions through data interpretation.
Strong PC skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience working with large sums of cash.
