Have a passion for helping people? This role supports Fidelity’s customers over the phone and prepares you to become the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. You will receive paid training to obtain Series 7 & Series 66 licences, and you will spend part of the year working from home and part of the year in an Investor Center. What to Expect
Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licences—fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity. This includes paid, on-the-job study time, support from licensing coaches, and review classes. Successful completion of all exams is required. Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity while developing new skills and networking with colleagues. After completion of training, transition to full-time on-site work. Discover Success: Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers, and access the wealth management development track to build advanced skills for a future planning career.
