Responsibilities
Provide exceptional above-standard service to all customers.
Maintain HVAC and related systems, troubleshoot electronic equipment, and perform routine maintenance.
Participate in on‑call rotation.
Ensure reliable transportation to locations.
Requirements
Maintenance experience with technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Ability to traverse multiple properties with stairs in various weather conditions.
