Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Cityview Healthcare & Rehabilitation in a PRN, as needed, position. In this role, you will work closely with patients of varying diagnoses, providing tailored rehabilitation services that align with our mission of delivering quality care.
This position comes with a starting pay rate of $50 an hour.
Because this is a PRN, as needed, position, the typical schedule for this opportunity is flexible with start, end times, and days worked a week based on caseload.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility and functionality.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.
