Salary:

Responsibilities:
Coordinates, plans, implements, monitors, directs, and evaluates all aspects of resident care. Manages department scheduling, supervision, and training. Coordinates resident caseloads and assumes primary responsibility for delivering and overseeing resident services that enhance autonomy, socialization, and quality of life. Oversees the medication management program and collaborates with physicians to maintain up-to-date medication orders. Supports staff training and orientation to ensure proper procedures. Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on accurate documentation. Assists with wellness department scheduling, participates in recruiting, screening, and interviewing staff, and provides coverage during unexpected shortages. Administers medications and provides resident care in accordance with state‑specific guidelines.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in resident care, wellness, and employee management within the senior living or skilled nursing industry
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred but not required
