Job Description ATC Northwest is seeking a qualified

Physical Therapist

for a 13-week travel contract in Salem Oregon. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient-centered care develop and implement treatment plans and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Required Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist License (active and in good standing)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)

Current BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross)

COVID-19 Vaccination (per facility requirements)

Recent PPD test or Chest X-ray

Clear criminal background check & drug screening

Reliable transportation and smartphone

Ability to comply with all state and facility regulations
