Vibra Hospital of Boise is a 40‑bed critical care facility located in Boise, ID, offering acute care services for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Our patients often require additional critical care services for complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we provide a fast‑paced, friendly work environment where staff truly get to know patients and their families.
We are seeking a Clinical Liaison to join our team!
Responsibilities
The Clinical Liaison will educate, problem‑solve, and build relationships with referral sources, obtain referrals, complete eRehab or LTRAX assessments, and participate in planning, organizing, and executing the Business Departmental plan. Frequent day travel with reliable transportation and occasional overnight travel are required. The individual will establish and maintain effective working relationships with assigned accounts and colleagues, serve as a key source of market intelligence, and act as the “face of Vibra” in the community, fostering positive, professional relationships with customers.
Required Skills
Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, or Social Worker in the applicable state.
Recent healthcare experience in an acute‑care hospital, rehabilitation setting, or home health care agency/company.
Current, valid, and active driver’s license.
Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
Additional Qualifications/Skills
Previous clinical screening experience is preferred.
Experience and expertise in marketing/sales, with a history of exceeding sales quotas, is preferred.
Working knowledge of the local medical community is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with medical and administrative staff, patients, and families, delivered in an assertive, professional manner.
Self‑motivated, extroverted, enthusiastic, and self‑directed.
Ability to complete clinical screens accurately and thoroughly within established timeframes, demonstrating clinical expertise to determine admission criteria.
Ability to compute statistics and produce necessary reports accurately and promptly.
Strong sense of urgency for goal achievement with a commitment to results.
Professional image projection.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
Capacity to make independent decisions when warranted.
Working knowledge of computer and software applications relevant to the role.
