About the Facility
Ahava Therapy Services is seeking a Full‑Time Physical Therapist to join our in‑house rehab team at Francis Marion Manor Health & Rehabilitation, a 109‑bed skilled nursing facility providing short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver and document evidence‑based therapy sessions. Supervise and instruct therapy assistants as needed. Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize functional abilities. Educate residents and caregivers on the continuation of home exercise and therapy. Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and quality standards. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Current PT license in the state of practice. BLS/CPR certification (current or obtained during orientation). Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Benefits
