RN Supervisor – Night Shift
Medfamily Wellcare Center seeks a full‑time RN Supervisor to lead nursing services during the 6:30 PM–6:30 AM shift, three days per week, including weekends and holidays. A $3.50 per hour shift differential is available.
Responsibilities
Oversee nursing services and resident care
Ensure compliance with regulations
Manage staffing and conduct resident rounds
Administer IV therapy
Coordinate care plans
Qualifications
Valid PA nursing license
At least one year of long‑term care experience
CPR certification
Proficiency in medication administration and resident assessment
