Responsibilities
Plan and implement nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and disease prevention.
Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team, complete summaries, and assist with patient rounds and orders.
Provide patient observation, assessments, and interventions, recording progress accurately.
Document all nursing activities and ensure optimal standards of care and safety.
Qualifications
Active state RN license
CPR or BLS Certification
Recent physical and TB test (within one year)
Driver's License or State ID
Minimum 1 year RN experience
Full COVID vaccination with booster shot
Work schedule
Weekend availability
Monday to Friday
