Job Description Will function within the team of providers in the Treatment Foster Care Program or in community-based programs as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) or a Targeted Case Manager (TCM). Will work with children, families, foster families, birth families, and outside providers in a manner appropriate to the service being delivered. The goal of these services is to assist individuals in obtaining the support and skills they need to improve their level of functioning within their homes and communities. Services are provided within the framework of the clinical model that works from the client's theory of change and emphasizes the values of fairness, understanding, caring, respect, and feedback about the quality of services. The services are delivered in a variety of home, office, and community-based settings, depending on the client's needs. Will require a flexible schedule, have an active Maine driver's license and be able to provide safe client transportation.
