Clinical Assessor (BCBA)

What You’ll Do Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning Conduct comprehensive initial assessments within assigned timelines Develop individualized, medically necessary, data-driven treatment plans Establish acquisition, reduction, caregiver, discharge, and transition goals Partner with caregivers to explain treatment recommendations Ensure accurate dosage, goal selection, and place-of-service determinations Complete reports with fidelity and timeliness Clinical Oversight & Team Leadership Maintain ongoing clinical oversight for assigned clients Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to Behavior Interventionists and ACS staff Monitor data integrity and ensure treatment fidelity Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and clinical collaboration Support caregiver communication and training Operational & Quality Excellence Maintain documentation and productivity standards (100 billable hours/month) Drive utilization and outcome optimization Participate in quality improvement and calibration initiatives What You’ll Need Active BCBA certification Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum
2 years of ABA assessment experience
